Horrible service! Showed up at 8:45 and they close 9:30. They told me they were closed and shut the door on me. Will never give them business again. Was trying to support their business in times like this. I posed the pic of time I’m posting this...

I used to come here frequently back when it first opened and it hasn't changed much. The food is still great, all the available sauces you can use is wonderful, and if you want you could go meatless by using tofu instead. I don't always go meatless but it nice knowing I can, I usually add tofu anyway hehe.

I love this place! You can make your own meal and add seasonings to your taste as well as veggies and sauces! The service is always on point too. Great for a date night! I go almost weekly!

A small little place on the main road. When I was there it was pretty quiet. It's got a lot of tables in a small space. So it's cozy if busy. The chef was quick and efficient. They bring you your fresh stir-fry. Which is different from most places like this. The meat is not frozen so it's more tender. If you have food allergies you might want to go somewhere else. Everything is cooked together. I had one of my friend's shrimp and pineapple mixed in my bowl. It is also a buffet. So make your dish and if you can still eat go mix another.

I always love making up my own bowl to have grilled, with my pick of noodles or rice. I like using a bit of the ginger oil with the teriyaki sauce. I also love sprinkling a bit of sesame oil over the raw veggies before I submit my masterpiece to their friendly grill staff. The small scoop of icecream at the end always tops off the meal. Thanks for providing a family friendly dining choice!

Food was delicious and staff was extremely friendly. Young man who helped us did a great job and was very helpful. Nice laid back atmosphere and worth a visit.

Good selection of meats and vegetables. You can only make one trip to the line unless you pay more. My wife and I only had one time serving and it was good enough. No dessert bar. But they do bring you a scoop of ice cream at the end of your meal.

Going down but food is good.management sucks

Well...its not Genghis! It was warm inside and some of the foods looked like they were feeling the heat before ever finding the grill...I stuck to safe bets though and the meal was good. 2 egg maximum is a little bit of a let down, eggs are cheap and make the meal...stop limiting your customers!

Came here to give it a try since they close the one in vantage area. Looks nice. Its located on nice area. You choose your own food just like the other location. Food taste amazing. The price is great. Nice place to eat it with the family.

The food is great. The service is fast and friendly. I was here in March of 2017. I came to visit my best friend and her family. First thing I did was come back to this place. There are a variety of meat, fish, pork, and poultry. There is even tofu for vegetarians. The variety of veggies to choose from is extensive. They have a small beer and wine selection to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants something different.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love it that you can choose what to put in your bowl and you can fill up the bowl! Plus, you can watch them cook your food. There is a variety of meat, spices, sauces, etc. I would go during lunch on a weekday because the prices are a little lower.

My go-to whenever I'm in Houston! They have excellent chicken and steak. Awesome how you can get whatever you want as long as it fits in the bowl. Also pretty quiet, at least when I've gone at lunch time.

I love to go here with my mom! It's fun and interesting to make your own bowl. The service is great! Bring back the cayenne seasoning though!

Love this Wacky !! My food is always fresh and cooked to perfection for my liking. The cookers and wait staff here is nice. They are very helpful when trying to created a new bowl preference. Love the spring rolls and they are cooked when order as well. It is a clean establishment and my family love to dine in often. It is kid freely and they can create their own stir fry. I've never had a bad experience and been going for the last 2 years.

I love this place. You can make your own food and order food too. It's always delicious! The staff is exceptionally friendly and respectful as well. They offer free ice cream too!!!!

Wacky Mongolian Grill wins for Most Original Option. There is a raw ingredients buffet. You select what it is you want in your bowl. Choices range from meat lovers to full vegan. Choose your filler, rice or noodles, sit back and wait for the the top cook turn your selections into a full on personalized meal. With a practically endless possibility of combinations, eating here every day for a year would only scratch the surface. Go and enjoy.

Absolutely loved this place. Very affordable, not a huge wait, selection was huge, and the food was great. Definitely highly recommend checking it out, you shouldn't be disappointed!

Friendly staff, dined here for the second time. Each time I visited it was in celebration of mothers day 2 years ago and tonight for my nieces bday. My bowl combination was good, but very greasy.

It was fresh and delicious. Best lunch I have had in awhile.

We loved it here. The costomer service is AMAZING. And the food was great, the cucumber salad is a free appetizer that they bring with your drinks and they have a free scoop of ICE CREAM per person at the end of you meal. The price is fair. The sodas are $2 each even the kids drinks ( so on the higher side) it was $40ish for 2 adult w/ water and 2 kids that got drinks.

The owner, tall guy that helps cook and some other work is rude, loud, yells at his workers in front of customers, we may not understand Chinese but the way he treats those people that works for him shows his true colors. Food and service is getting worse as time goes by. It used to be good.

Anyone who knows me knows I love Asian food and I have died and gone went to heaven here. These bowls are amazing, freshly made, you pick your ingredients and rice or noodles, you pick your seasonings, as well as the sauce you want it cooked in.

Their bowls are great, usually enough for 2 meals if you do it right, so you can bring some home too. They give you free ice cream at the end, too. Always a nice treat. You can occasionally find a coupon in the Spring paper, too.

Me and my fiance first time coming here and we had a really good experience. Reminds me of Genghis Grill because it's the same concept. Cindy was our waitress and she was the sweetest! They give a complimentary side of vinegar cucumbers with sliced carrots and a free scoop of flavored icecream at the end. I give it 4 stars out of 5, because it was very warm inside and there was no music playing that I literally hear the other people's conversations.

Well I tried calling and placing an order 30 mins before close and they decided to pick up and immediately hang up on me. Says they're open regular hours but closes at 9. Good food but absolute trash service!!!!

I have never been there before my visit and never went to a grill like theres i was clueless but it was easy to figure out!! The food was really good!! Awesome job
